By downloading, installing, or using the True Work App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should use the App under parental or guardian supervision.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

The App offers various subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, Special) with different pricing and benefits. Plan purchases are processed through manual payment verification. All plan purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The company reserves the right to modify plan pricing and benefits with prior notice.
Users earn rewards by completing assigned tasks according to the provided instructions. Task submissions are subject to verification and approval. The company reserves the right to reject incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant submissions. Reward amounts are determined by the company and may vary. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on task availability and user activity.
Users may withdraw earned rewards through available payment methods (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer). Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 100. Withdrawal processing time may vary (typically 24-72 hours). The company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Users must provide accurate payment details; incorrect details may result in failed transactions.
Users can invite others using their unique referral code and earn bonuses. Referral bonuses are awarded based on the referral level system. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent referral activity is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. The company reserves the right to modify referral bonus amounts and requirements.

The App displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to viewing ads including banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app open advertisements. Ad availability and content are managed by Google and are subject to Google's advertising policies. Users may earn additional rewards by watching rewarded video advertisements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Upon termination, any unwithdrawed rewards may be forfeited. You may request account deletion by contacting our support team.
All content, design, logos, and intellectual property in the App belong to True Work Earn Rewards. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual user activity, task availability, and market conditions. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from the use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Work Earn Rewards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
